Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via UPS, PostNL & Royal Mail.
Delivery Times
• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
• France, Germany and Ireland: 2–4 business days
• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
• Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
Orders placed on business days before 10 AM CEST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM are processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
• Free shipping on all orders above €70 or
• Standard shipping in EU below €70: €4,95
• Standard shipping in UK below £70: £5
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, our shipping partner will send you a tracking link by email. If you did not receive shipping information or have questions about the status of your order, please contact support@leanova.co
Order Processing
We process and ship orders on Monday through Friday. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will ship the next working day.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact our customer service immediately. Since we ship orders within 3 working days, we recommend acting fast. Your credit card will only be charged once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel, send an email to our customer service team with the subject line “Cancellation” and your order number. We will do our best to stop the shipment, though we cannot guarantee it due to the quick shipping process. If your order is successfully canceled, you will be refunded within 15 days.
Returning an Item
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged, and suitable for resale.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service first to notify us. Returns cannot be processed without prior approval. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and is non-refundable.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
